As our customers grew their businesses, we were increasingly asked why we couldn’t grow with them to meet their needs in other markets. We listened. Today we are the only knife rental and sharpening business capable of providing nationwide service. Our 30,000+ customers include some of the largest and most recognizable restaurant and grocery chains in the United States.
Our customers love receiving sharp knives on schedule and never having to worry about buying knives or sharpening them. They asked us what we could do for their other equipment. We listened and delivered. Cozzini is the only company in our industry that will provide a regularly scheduled sharpening/exchange program for customer equipment including slicer blades, food processing blades and can openers.

Cozzini assigns each location a dedicated set of cutlery, a specific delivery day and a regular frequency of service. Our customers told us they were tired of receiving one-off invoices (often handwritten) in their restaurants. They told us our invoices often got lost on the way to the office. They told us they were spending way too much time in the office entering all of our small dollar value invoices into their payments systems. We listened. We invested in state of the art technology whereby we can capture an electronic proof of delivery signature for every delivery. Some have asked us to provide them with one consolidated invoice with all the necessary details on a monthly basis. No problem. And some have even told us they want electronic data interchange (EDI) so our computer talks to their computer. Again…no problem.
